Ensure a high quality effective, and professional experience is provided to every customer following American Ford's sales process.

Recommend and help locate or obtain vehicles based on customers' needs and desires.

Maintain high ethical standards in daily activities.

Develop and achieve challenging individual goals and expectations.

Establish a knowledge base of options accessory packages available to customers.

Establish a knowledge base regarding all products, services, customer demographics or profiles and competitive automotive makes and models.

Full-time position working Monday through Friday.  Wage will be salary based progressing to commission based depending on experience.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, and air conditioning.

Perform inspection of customers' vehicles and give necessary repair recommendations to service advisors.

Read and comprehend written instructions and information.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to learn.

Work effectively with service advisors, utilizing strong written and oral communication skills.

Learn new automotive technology/automotive repair and service procedures and specifications.

Full-time position working Monday through Friday.  Wage range is $12-30 per hour depending on experience, plus a benefits package.

Greet customers as needed.

Drive customers to and from American Ford for vehicle service appointments.

Move vehicles to keep up with shop flow.

Wash customers' vehicles to have them ready to pick up from service.

Assist with daily shop tasks as needed.

Full-time position working Monday through Friday.  Pay range is $9-$15 per hour depending on experience, plus a benefits package.

Valid driver's license required and clean driving record required.
